    These nice numbers don't hide the lack of timely hitting and productive outs from one's eyes.

    Funny that the Sox looked like they filled a hole in the starting rotation and then the normally good BP decided to take a dump tonight.

    Also, many here believe the Sox offense is better than it actually is.

    Many Sox posters have been trained to never give credit to the opposing pitcher.

    With Skenes pitching it definitely can happen. And it did.

    The Sox haven't scored enough runs lately to have anything but high leverage situations.

    Actually, I'm a little surprised they got 2 against Skenes. The Sox did get 7 hits, which ties the most hits Skenes has given up this season. So congrats to that.
