    I wouldn't put Kluber in the BP; I would put him under the BP. About 6 feet.

    Kluber still pitching in MLB because of what he did 5 and 6 years ago. Imho, he should be the #6 pitcher in a 5-man rotation.

    Soto is a more disciplined hitter than Devers, but I'd rather have Devers.

    The 1st HR Devers hit tonight was out of the strike zone. Devers is who he is and shouldn't be messed with. What he does at the plate is pure instinct and he has been very successful.

    Who's joking? Devers is on pace for 145 RBI this season and you want to mess with his approach at the plate. I'm sure most pitchers in baseball would love Devers to 'change' at the plate, especially Cole.

    Speaking of Mantle, years ago he was asked who was the toughest pitcher he ever faced. Mantle responded Dick Radatz. "I knew he was going to throw me a fastball and I still couldn't hit it."

    I believe since 2019 Devers is near the top in total extra base hits and exit velocity. Yup, the hitting coach should definitely recommend he choke up on the bat.

    Mantle continually led the AL in K's. I doubt anyone on the Yankems thought it was a good idea to mess with his swing.

    Considering his long absense from the game, I've been truly impressed and surprised.

    Another very good start by Paxton. Actually, this one definitely qualifies as a quality start. Maybe the WAIT was worth it. Stay tuned.
