    Schreiber is far from being the old Schreiber, which isn't unusual with relief pitchers. Bleier just continues to suck.

    When I see the SOX blunder on defense, the theme music from Curb Your Enthusiasm floats thru my head. BTW, curb your enthusiasm is a good way to approach the rest of the season.

    Ohtani wants to play for a team that will be a WS contender for a long time. He knows the Angels may have the worst farm system in MLB, so he doesn't see the Angels as being that team. My guess is, when all is said and done, Ohtani will end up a Dodger.

    The Angels not trading Ohtani at the TDL will probably end up the worst decision their GM could have made. Their new pitching acquisition Giolito was rocked for 9 runs, all earned, in 4 innings today.

    Crawford vs Gilbert(RH) If the SOX win today, they'll finish this west coast trip 3-3, which, considering past trips, I would deem successful. Go SOX!
