  1. When Cora lost that first challenge, he has no challenges remaining.
  2. Duran has definitely established himself defensively as an very good CF. Amazing improvement from last year.
  3. A call like that sends a strong message to Duran that Cora doesn't believe he'll drive the runner in.
  4. Watching the game last night on the Arizona feed, I was informed that when Casas makes his 1st appearance at the plate, he notifies the ump that part of his approach at the plate is to call out whether the pitch is high, low, inside or outside. He makes it clear he's not disrespecting the ump; it's just a habit he has every time he's at the plate.
  5. After being manhandled by the previous two rag arm starters, the SOX may have finally learned how to hit crap pitching.
  6. Fun Fact: Tonight the Rays hit their 98th HR of the season. Last season the Rays didn't hit their 100th HR until August 12th.
  7. But it was all uphill. Similar to the rest of their season.
  8. I hope so, too, but I also hope it doesn't go extra innings if he does.
  9. I have complete phaith in Cora looking phorward to the PO's and making sure his players are phully rested.
  10. Pivettaboutit! You don't need a circus tent to have a clown show.
  11. I must have shamed them into scoring. They're catching up to that 83mph fastball.
  12. C'mon, Angels, you had us at 1-0. Quit piling on.
  13. LAX? Isn't that the airport in LA?
  14. The 4 day rest, instead of 5, isn't agreeing with Paxton.
  15. Actually, when you look at this SOX offense, only Devers, Dugo, and Turner have a history of being decent MLB hitters.
  16. 4-0. That's a bridge too far, even against this rag arm. There's definitely a shortage of good pitching in MLB, but there's definitely no shortage of s*** chUMPS.
  17. Seeing Trout and Ohtani strike out back to back was a pleasure to watch.
  18. The SOX were manhandled by a starting rag arm, who entered the game with a 6.14 ERA.
  19. Plus the fact when the SOX go to the west coast, more often than not, it's similar to the Donner Party.
  20. Only time will tell. Team hitting slumps happen during the long season; not unusual.
  21. I was at goodnight when it was 2-0.
  22. The Angels fans can now enjoy a Trout watch. Will he catch Mantle in HR's? That will detract them from the knowledge that their team will never again win a championship.
  23. A lot of excellent SOX pitching has been wasted lately, but that's baseball.
