    Speaking of the great Stephen King. Before the start of the 2004 season, King decided that he and a friend of his would attend every SOX game that season. Stephen would attend half and his friend would attend the other half. They would keep a diary of every game. Why he picked 2004 to do this, just adds to the spookiness of Mr King.

    I don't know about talkSOX Nation, but Stephen King is a big SOX fan. If you sent your impressive SOX record to him, he might finance your travels.

    The SOX are 14-14 against AL East teams. The O's are 27-13. The Yankems are 22-23.

    SOX FO can't DFA Dalbec; he's still in possession of incriminating photos of JH.

    DFA'ing Smith means the SOX not only lose a good back-up 1st baseman, but also a reliable reliever.

    Rafaela continues to improve as a hitter. Very impressive. He's gonna be a very good all-around CF'r.

    Pivetta does a Pivetta. He will always be a #4 starter.

    Maybe Devers should go on the IL even if he's not injured. Tired of his disappointing at-bats. He's a much better hitter when the bases are empty. Devers OPS is very misleading. His BA with RISP is sad.

    Getting the O's feed and enjoying the dulcet tones of Jim Palmer. This boring fk could cure insomnia.

    One has to wonder if last night's loss, especially the way the SOX lost, won't affect this game. I mean the SOX offense may be getting frustrated not being able to outscore their own pitching.
