Anyone here having video problems with NESN? I had to switch over to the Rangers' feed.
-
However, he was leading off when the season started and was batting around.220 before he got injured.
-
That's a good point Notin.
-
There's a lot of pop(up) In those Sox bats.
-
You know what the definition of insanity is? Having RA leading off every game and expecting different results. Btw, in the 31 games Duran led off this season he had a WRC+ of 147.
-
In his last 51 games at WOO KC had a .927 OPS. But here's a surprise, KC's season is over because of a left foot contusion.

I can actually see that happening. It'll be as rare as an average baseball team going 32-5.

Feel free to use the above. It's public domain.

A fairy tale season is turning quite Grimm.

That would actually be beneficial for the Sox.

I believe the magic word tonight is 'disappointing.'
-
I thought I could fix Fred, but I was so wrong.
-
Fred, I'm disappointed in you. I expected so much better.
-
I am disappointed in Miller. I expected better.
-
Especially a timely hit.
-
Nice catch by Abreu.
-
If someone is expecting AR to get a hit, that someone is gonna live a life of disappointment.
-
Disappointing is when you expect someone to accomplish something and they failed. With AR I don't expect him to accomplish something, so it's not disappointing.
-
There's 3 knobs involved on this play. The one on Contrares' bat and the two knobs in the Rangers' booth.
-
Gasper isn't disappointing. He's given the Sox more than anyone here expected. As for RA, never believe hype until it becomes reality.
