    SOX just need one more run against deGrom to end his 26 straight games w/o giving up more than 3 runs. That's a MLB record.

    Based on deGrom's pitching stats, his won/lost record may be the strangest I've ever seen. Probably the best pitcher the SOX have faced this year.

    Actually, I don't think something is overpriced if you are voluntarily paying the asking price. However, one may not get what they were paying for. When one buys tickets for a sporting event, it's always a crapshoot, but the home team thats profiting from those ticket sales should make every effort to put a team on the field that has a chance to win. This is not always the case.

    Well, they overpaid to see some SOX offense and they got cheated on that also. Lately, the SOX offense has been MIA.

    101 wins and this BP just doesn't equate. Even Einstein would be hard pressed to come up with an explanation.

    The two things on the SOX that have been consistently good all season is their defense, which, if Devers' throwing errors were removed, would be #1 in the league and their starting pitching.

    The elephant in the room is the SOX offense. Or lack of same. They'd better figure it out before the end of September or it will be a short October.

    Johnson doing a good job. Don't know why he didn't start. I'm sure Cora had his reasons. Actually, I'm hardly ever sure of Cora's reasonings.

    This would be a good game for Kelly to make an appearance.
