That won't change from last year.
  2. SPLENDIDSPLINTER
True. I should have said non-pitcher.
  3. SPLENDIDSPLINTER
I'm guessing that the only player on the SOX who will duplicate his last year's performance is VAZ.
  4. SPLENDIDSPLINTER
I hate one non-sports person so much I don't have any hate left for anything else.
  5. SPLENDIDSPLINTER
I had Wofford winning it all.
  6. SPLENDIDSPLINTER
Hopefully, the SOX aren't the 2018 Orioles.
  7. SPLENDIDSPLINTER
Worst case scenario. The SOX return home after going 0-11 on this road trip and the fans boo them while they're receiving their WS rings.
  8. SPLENDIDSPLINTER
All I can say is that it's early. Very early. Very very early.
  9. SPLENDIDSPLINTER
It's too early in the season for tough questions.
  10. SPLENDIDSPLINTER
I wonder at what point in the season will the SOX get to use their closer?
  11. SPLENDIDSPLINTER
This team won 120 games last year with Betts leading off and Beni batting 2nd. Isn't there a cliche about "if it ain't broke, don't fix it?"
  12. SPLENDIDSPLINTER
Nunez will only be playing 2nd base until Pedey returns; that s/b sometime in 2022.
  13. SPLENDIDSPLINTER
    Being realistic I'm guessing 54-108.
  14. SPLENDIDSPLINTER
    I'm guessing TV-MA language.
  15. SPLENDIDSPLINTER
    It's early.
  16. SPLENDIDSPLINTER
Better to lose at a decent hour.
  17. SPLENDIDSPLINTER
Neck tat got nicked a tad there.
  18. SPLENDIDSPLINTER
Could be. Professional bowlers are chick magnets.
  19. SPLENDIDSPLINTER
He may not feel the taser, what with the pain of being hit by the baseball.
  20. SPLENDIDSPLINTER
    I think that's bowling.
  21. SPLENDIDSPLINTER
Well, let's get him back here. His offense is also missed.
  22. SPLENDIDSPLINTER
I believe Devers led the league last year swinging at pitches that hit him. Truly an art form.
  23. SPLENDIDSPLINTER
DD: " I want to bring Leon back to the team." Agent: "Why?" DD: "His catching adds 5mph to Sale's fastball." Agent: "OK; but it's gonna cost ya."
  24. SPLENDIDSPLINTER
Not writing Sale off, I'm writing off his 97mph fastball.
  25. SPLENDIDSPLINTER
After today's start he might want to go with 14.
