    That can be easily fixed. Just start the make-up game where the postponed game ended. Currently, they only do that after 5 innings if the game is tied.

    OB says the SOX organization was unhappy about how the O's handled last night's game. Unless I'm wrong, once the games starts, a postponement of the game would be the decision of the head umpire.

    After throwing 4 straight balls, everyone, including Devers, knew a fast ball down the middle was coming. That pitch should have been scorched.

    22 pitches, most under stress, doesn't equate to a long outing for Brian. He'll definitely need an easy 2nd.

    Great throw by JBJ. That defensive play was equivalent to JBJ hitting a solo HR.

    K. Gibson has given up 102 hits in 120 IP. At the same time he has also given up 48 BB. His ERA is a respectable 3.57.

    POM has pitched 343 innings in his last two full seasons. Prior to that he never pitched over 102 in a season. If POM fails in his next start, I believe DD should put him on the DL for the remainder of the season. Hopefully, he will be back at full strength in 2019.

    Eovaldi is only 28. This may turn out to be a steal for the SOX.

    I agree. Crawford was a perfect example in reverse. He excelled in small market Tampa and failed miserably here. It actually happens more often than one might think.

    For those posters who say they hate Kelly, I'd recommend saving that hate for people who really have a negative effect on your real life.

    The O's have to drop the color orange from their uniforms. No color in the prism has taken more abuse in recent years.

    That's one important thing I've noticed about JBJ; he always hustles, always.

    Kelly has a rubber arm, unfortunately he also has a rubber head. IOW, it's not a physical problem with Kelly, it's a head issue. Not sure how a pitching coach w/o a degree in psychiatry can deal with that.
