    It's sad the things we know that Cora doesn't. I wish I could say this was the 1st time, but I'd be lying. I used to give Farrell the nickname "in spite of." Cora's heading in that direction.

    F'ing Cora. He'll never be accused of over-managing. Note to Cora: There's more to managing than just making out the line-up card.

    Seriously, why is it when Sale pitches a great game, we always say Sale pitched a great game. We never say boy, that other team just can't hit? But, we can never compliment an opposing pitcher for doing the same thing.

    Then, I guess, the SOX will have to get 3 innings from Kimbrel.

    The main reason a pitcher is considered good is because most batters find him hard to hit. See, if the pitcher was easy to hit, he wouldn't be considered good.

    If Kelly was still in June form, the SOX BP would be more than adequate. I just can't believe Kelly would s*** the bed.

    Barnes has been damn good so far this year. He and Kimbrel have been the most trustworthy in the BP. I'd like to see more of this Brasier.

    Btw, Johnson dd this against a good offense, not the s*** line-ups the SOX have seen lately.

    Great job by Johnson tonight and his reward is to go back to the BP. Screw that. This guy deserves to be a starter until he doesn't. Put POM in the BP or on the DL.

    Based on Gibson's innings pitched and hits allowed, he averages 7 hits per 9 innings. He's also ranked 18th in MLB in ERA. He's a quality starter.

    He'd have to have been at least 39 when Mookie was born.
