  1. Johnson's running out of gas. Not sure he had a full tank to begin with. Just finish this inning,
  2. 10 unanswered runs. How many times does one get to say that during the season? OK, Sox need a shut down inning.
  3. Highway Patrol: 10-4! Game still isn't official. It's been like a rain delay, except it's raining baseballs.
  4. The ump is approaching 100 pitches. He'll have to be replaced soon.
  5. He should have walked JBJ.
  6. Home plate umpiring has been bad all season. These guys answer to no one, so the bad umpiring will continue.
  7. Please keep Holder in the game. The Yankem booth is having panic attacks.
  8. Holder? More like Folder.
  9. This ump has been terrible for both teams. No one expects these turds to call a good game. The best we can ask for is that their s*** strike zone is consistent.
  10. Only 3 earned runs against Johnson. Error on Holt in the 1st.
  11. So far the Yankems are hitting our bad lefty better than we're hitting their bad lefty.
  12. Well, no one will ever accuse Sabathia of being an athlete.
  13. Yankem fans think he's phat.
  14. If one looks up the word sweat hog in the dictionary, there's a picture of Sabathia. The mound must be soaked.
  15. No question. Nunez has gained a step recently.
  16. I believe he's actually overachieved so far this year.
  17. Except for Pedey, what are the odds the SOX will have all their best players healthy at the same time? I'd say a million to one. This is a fragile baseball team.
  18. Thanks for losing to the O's yesterday. 6-6 against the O's, so I wouldn't necessarily call them the 'good' guys.
  19. In the last month the conversation has gone from "let's get rid of this bum" to "maybe he should be the #1 catcher." Baseball is a funny game. Btw, VAZ's injury may have just restarted someone else's career. This wouldn't be the 1st time that's happened.
  20. I'm all for SWI catching Johnson tomorrow. Why not, Cora? Makes no sense having a player who's hot offensively and more than capable of catching to not be playing. Let's see what Cora does. We tend not to agree.
  21. I don't think the Phillies are tough. The SOX just had the misfortune of facing their two best pitchers, who were both at the top of their game.
  22. No doubt that SWI provides much more offensive tools than either Sandy or VAZ, but Cora will go back to Sandy catching. Mainly because he feels his starters are more comfortable with Sandy catching. I could see SWI catching Eovaldi and Johnson. Unfortunately, I have no say in the matter. Maybe SWI will get more games at 3rd.
  23. I can't predict how the SOX offense will perform against the Yankems, but I'm reasonably sure the SOX won't be facing the quality of starting pitching they've faced these last two games.
