    Cora PH's for Pearce, but doesn't PH for Leon. Pearce is a better hitter than Moreland. Cora continues to baffle, but he's a genius.

    Back to the announcers. I remember years ago when the NFL experimented with televising games w/o TV announcers. It didn't last long, but maybe the powers that be should try it in baseball.

    Remember when the SOX paid Smoltz 4 million dollars to make a come-back. That failed miserably. Although, it provided Smoltz with a lot of green fees.
