    Great game by Price. If it wasn't for the .230 batter Solarde, Price would have a perfect game so far.

    Interesting that the Guardians, who have very good starters and relievers and a very good offense and defense have such a mediocre won/lost record. They also play in the weakest division in the AL. Is it time to fire Tito?

    Eovaldi did a nice job, but Cora, the overrated manager, as he's done in the past, left him in too long. Does Cora have any instincts when his pitcher is losing it? It appears not.

    Not only can't Beni reach the wall with his bat, lately he's having trouble playing balls off the wall with his glove.

    Starting a LH against the SOX is a no-brainer.

    I'm guessing that the SOX lead MLB in number of innings where 20+ pitchers were thrown.

    Pinch running for JD was the right move. Even if the SOX didn't score, with what was left in the BP, the game would have been over before JD would have come to bat again.

    JD drove in 4 runs tonight giving POR a 5-1 lead, which he couldn't hold. I'd say that was a pretty good offensive night.

    Beni,Bogie and Mitch. Great job.

    He was out-managed by Hinge. Again. Even if the SOX are equal to Houston in offense, they are not equal in starting pitching, defense and definitely their BP is much better than the SOX. The question of the ages is how do the SOX have a better record than Houston? I'm guessing it's because of all the injuries the Ass-tros had during the season to their everyday players. If the SOX don't score in the bottom of the 9th, this one is ovah.

    The SOX will score this inning and the will win the game. I just checked with my Magic 8 Ball.

    My heart tells me that the SOX will win the WS. My brain tells me it will be Houston again.

    I actually looked that up. The DH can only be used for the pitcher. Dumb rule.

    When one looks at all the holes on this team, one has to be utterly amazed that this team is 50 games over .500. For that to happen there would have to be at least 5 s*** teams in the league. What? There is? Nevermind.

    Having Leon batting 9th gives the SOX a NL line-up look.

    One thing is for certain in the playoffs, except perhaps the Yankems, the SOX will be out-managed.
