  1. Stupid move. Is he that much better than what Philips could give? There goes two more chips that could have been used for a reliever.
  2. Make way for the Brandon Phillips train. I believe he still has a spark or two left in him.
  3. This thread is now moot after the yankees stud gets lit up by a team that's 40 games UNDER .500 and that just traded their best hitter.
  4. I believe the league has "caught up with him" as they say. The way he is pitching lately he will be earning a new nickname shortly. How about "six pack severino" for starters?
  5. Trump Cultist here-judging from your picture I see what type of "cultist" you are. Go hillary 2020 spudboy is with her!
  6. He is right, here is a pic of the farm as we speak:
  7. Greg Holland anyone? https://www.mlbtraderumors.com/2018/07/cardinals-release-greg-holland-promote-dakota-hudson.html
  8. Maybe John Farrell can come back and get in Pom's face like he did last year and light a fire in this apathetic punk.
  9. Just what we need, a .220 hitter with a God complex who thinks how his hair "flows" while he is running is more important than hustling.
  10. Hopefully, Cora is reconsidering taking Johnson out for PomPom. Right now Pomeranz is worth next to nothing on the trade market, would be wasting precious oxygen in our bullpen and wasting bullpen innings if he starts. DFA material.
  11. A pretty solid move for Dealin' Dave with what he had to offer. This could go either way but I'm guessing there is more of a chance Eovaldi turns in a solid three month run motivated by his ability to showcase his stuff for free agency on a much bigger stage.
  12. Thanks for the input but you are a yankee fan and therefore................have no credibility.
  13. Looks like cashman dumped three pieces of flotsam on the Orioles for Britton. Cash must have a hypnotizing voice on the phone to get other GM's to fall for his trash.
  14. I have a prostate biopsy tomorrow and your post is giving me second thoughts.
  15. In future news, Drew Steckenrider has been traded to the yankees for a low A ball player to be named later. In order to maximize the return for the PTBNL, the Marlins will include some international bonus money.
  16. Typical stupid yankee fan, doesn't even know they have a 5-4 season series instead of 4-3. That salty language combined with that face in the picture makes for quite the contrast. Speaking of that fat f***, I say next week the Sox lay down 27 bunts so we can see that blubber fall.
  17. It is usually contracted by people in the yankees organization that kiss the butt of Joe Torre then bite their nails and stick their foot in their mouth.
  18. Any news on Porcello? He is not showing up anywhere on projected starters list. I wonder if that shellacking he took in his last start is due to injury?
  19. I think Cora is "hoping" he can manage Price around the upcoming yankee series with a three man staff that Price happens to be one of.
  20. You know what they say "you can hope in one hand and s*** in the other, see which one fills up first".
  21. His dog Astro is so embarrassed by his performance he is thinking of changing dugouts during the game if the Sox play Houston in the playoffs.
  22. Herm Edwards said it best when talking to his players about social media. He said "don't press send".
  23. It looks like Rob Manfred has taken his cue from the Starbucks CEO and is directing Josh Hader to undergo sensitivity training for something he tweeted seven years ago. The "progressive" Manfred, who also wants to tell managers where to position their players and how many relievers they are allowed to use, is making sure their is no "feigned outrage" from the Adam Jones' of MLB. What next Rob? Will you follow the lead of the "progressive" Starbucks and allow homeless "entrepreneurs" to loiter on the concourses, outfields, and dugouts of MLB teams. Why not cancel all games for a day and make it mandatory for everybody.
  24. So because you are a flaming liberal and Clint is a conservative he is a DB. I see. Typical.
