It's only slightly less obnoxious than the Southwest singing commercial.

It does my heart good to see these two guys producing at the plate. I've long been a big fan of both of them because of their defense and maybe their improvement at the plate will quell all of those trade ideas.

I'm now wondering if Hanley's problems are coming from his being the DH. Is it possible he's not 'in the game' enough as a DH to be effective there?

We can't seem to catch a break in this game. First Pedey's hit goes off the top of the wall, then Nava makes a great play to end a promising inning for the Sox. Ugh.

I hate to say this but that was a great play by Nava. Why don't we ever get players like that??

All of his pitches were in the same place. IMO he just wasn't giving him anything to hit. The Sox would have been happy enough to have walked him and set up the DP. Then the ump and the batter helped Barnes out.

Ya. As much as I like JBJ,he doesn't make that play because he would be running in the wrong direction.
