    I did not see much here about Pedroia. I hope I'm wrong but I have the feeling that litle body has taken aboout twice as much as it designed for. I'll go as far to say he may not be able to continue for another year---mabe less than one more year.

    Horsner-Devers would make a very nice 3-4 set up. Or, 3-5 if mgmt insists on lefty tighty lefty. Gehrig and Ruth made a pretty 3-4 set. Pitchers beware!

    It would not surprise me one bit to see Holt in there replacing either Bogaerts or Pedroia/ On the other hand after seeing Farrell benching Debers in Game 2, I guess we expect most anything.

    His not starting Devers in Game 2 may be the last straw. The kid comes up in the toghest spot of his life and hoists on 320 feet. Making JF look like what? A jackass would be my answer. Sweet talker, lousy manager. GET DAVID BACK HERE! That would put some energy on this bench.

    We may not know the answer until March, Dewey. And that may not be a very happy one. He's taken more bumps and lumps than the rest of the starters combined! Sometimes age can catch up very fast.

    I don’t vare if it’s Lefty Grove or Walter Johnson on the mound, any Sox line up should, include Betts, Benintendi, Bogaerrts, Vazquez, Devers amd (ugh) Bradley. Then Marrero or Holt at 2b and Moreland or Hanley at 1b/ I’ll let him pick the DH, but this is pretty simple.

    If we win this game today (Fri. afternoon) it will most likely be due to our good pitching and Houston’s not so good pitching. Not having Devers in there, may be JF’s worst move of the season (and, that’s saying a lot).
