    I dont have access to find Corbin's value. I got the other by looking at some suggested trades for about 5 pages, and none were for Corbin.

    The more I think of KMarte, the more I think it might be a path to take, but since I want a solid #2 via trade, I'm 99.9% sure Brez will NOT do two major trades.     I don't know the BTV on him, so I tried to stick to their parameters. Corbin a pipedream- another reason why.

    He's a 40 man roster guy, so is he just minor league depth? (Toro's replacement?) Seems like a waste of a 40 man slot. That's why I suggested he may be DFA'd again.

    What did Wink do a few years ago that supposedly got him into Cora's doghouse? He was pretty good in '23, but slipped some, afterwards.

    To me, signing Bregman or Bichette is about the same and a sideways move. Bichette is younger and will get more years, but the AAV might be close. Sign one (or Polanco) and then Alonso or Schwarber, and we;; just be a trade for a #2 away from being a top 5-6 contender.

    I think Wink gets claimed, unlike Guerrero, who was then traded due to no need to take a 40 man slot anymore.

    I hear you, but I'd go 3 at $100M. If I go 4, it drops the AAV out of reach for Breggie to accept- something like $112M/4.

    I would bet a lot against the idea we add two big bats and a solid # this winter, but to me, it is what we need. Some thought DD went for overkill in building the 2018 roster, but I'd rather get too much than too little, and I do not think 2 big bats and 1 live arm is "overkill." I'm not thinking one will be Alonso, KMarte by trade or Schwarber, so me 2 from this group is the minimum for me to get thrilled: Bregman (3B) or Suarez (3B or 1B) Bichette (2B) or Polanco (2B) I'm not even sure we get one from these 4. I could see Suarez or Polanco plus Hoskins or Bell. Maybe a trade for B Lowe.
