DD just might do this. it is his MO. but you already know that seeing as our farm went from best to worst in wicked fast time. hopefully it's for another "Sale" and not for a reliever on the DL, a closer that you are going to pay anyways, or a starter that is really a reliever......

here is what the runners should have done on that pop fly: MM: needs to be 4 steps off 2nd base. the second the ball is caught he needs to hustle back to the bag. if the ball drops he needs to put his head down and run to 3rd. pedroia: needs to be close to halfway. if the ball is dropped put his head down and run/slide into 2nd. if the ball is caught hustle back to first. JBj - needs to run through first base and the second the ball drops get back to the bag and claim it. all 3 EFFED up royally on this play.

I actually thought this at the time too. it was only a couple days ago pedroia started jogging off the field with only 2 outs. dude is really really disappointing me this season. apparently he is not the player that I thought he was......

yup. while watching the game live the very first pitch I thought "he tried to drill him". the 3rd pitch made it fact not supposition.

i hope barnes punches pedroia in the back of the head on "accident" if there is a brawl.....that is if Pedroia actually bothers to come out of the dugout to partake in it. he may just sit in the dugout screaming "its not me, its them" over and over again......
