sorry. your not getting off that easy. we have a lot of arms in our pen performing well. our success is not based on 1 man. the yankees were lucky even after mo retired they were outperforming Pyth. it's good to see it go the other way for a change. hopefully it continues for the next decade to even it all out..... -
1 bad play can definitely lead to an L. 2013 WS there are 2 perfect examples. a catcher throwing a ball into LF. and a baserunner getting picked off first base. i guess people are arguing whether other things have to happen first or after a bad play to cause an L. sure. not all games end on the bad play. but the bad play certainly contributes. just look at the odds of winning % stream after a bonehead/bad/error play. it is effected (affected? - i always mess that up).....

no. it 100% should have been caught. my 11U firstbaseman is running laps if he doesnt pick that throw. f*** moreland and his "gold glove" defense. he sucks. i honestly think hanley did just as good of a job. i dont care what "dwar" says. my eyes tell me different.

its called pythagorean. Pyth has the yankees at 93-58. usually a teams record will be within a game or 2 of Pyth (RS pyth is 87-64 - dead on match). the yankees are unlucky this year. thankfully. -
