This is very well said Moon. And I can't agree more. I don't think he is the anti-christ like we have seen on this board, but yea. We could do better. If he f***s up the playoffs......... he'll be run out of town...

People talk about how fast the game is at the highest level. I think Benni has no problem with the speed in the hitting department at the bigs. I'm guessing........ but maybe the speed on the defensive side is too fast for him right now........ And what is with his arm....? Is is good? Bad? Does he have accuracy issues? Is the game too fast for him right now???? Does he have bad judgement????? I'ts kind of crazy...... I'm super glad we have him........... he is really good and may be extremely good....... but what's with his arm????

Did we not just split with Cleveland? And..... I hate to say this after the previous post......... should have won three of four if Kimbrel came in a inning earlier...... Houston is scary though after the recent acquisition... We looked better than Cleveland...

The Farrell hysteria here is blown WAY THE f*** out of proportion. But, they got their pitchforks and torches out....... let'em have their fun...... I think he does some incredibly dumb stuff, I'd like to see a better skipper on board. But, he also handles the squad well enought to look like we are going to win the ALE.

Was Fister not signed with anyone when we picked him up? I thought he was. Last night OB and Eck were talking about how Fister didn't really have a spring training and his spring training started in May. It may be a part of his slow start with us. If Fister keeps it going the rest of the season..... it would be hard not to throw him against any team, especially Cleveland.

......... there is no other option. Our best gamble is that he really finds his stride........ Good old Hanley may be the piece in the puzzle that could make or break a good or great season.......... Yikes!!!!!!!

We've had real good streaks and bad streaks over the last few weeks. Say we make it to the playoffs.......... I bet the Vegas line has us as the favorites..... If we make it to the playoffs, and our Vegas line and not the "wacky as f***" game thread has us as favorites.......... I'm good with that...

What if I just say..... ok then...... What if I asked......... what do you want as far as a win - loss record? Pitching has obviously carried us. I get you. This team would be amazing with one more incedible batter. It would be over the top awesome if you could insert a whopper of a bat......

We've played close to 162 games and have done better than most. I'd probably think our middle of the pack offense is a problem if we didn't have Sale and Pom and some other dude that hopefully could do well in a playoff game....... What's our odds to win the whole thing compared to others in the Vegas line......? feel free to dig the long ball........... the win-loss column is what got you to the playoffs..........you all saw it.....
