  1. And yet Donald's imitation of them when needed, is spectacular. I'll leave it at that. He will be in later to comment again and it's better for everyone if he has the last word.
  2. Seemed to work out just fine. Again.
  3. Okay, Donald.
  4. Ah the a700 prick cycle continues. Make a post. Get shown up. Deny it. Deflect. Deflect. Deflect.
  5. Yanks are 8-7, no?
  6. For the first time you are actually correct. There certainly was no equivalence between Kimmi's point and the one you so miserably failed to corroborate. Interesting to see you next few posts after it too. Petulant and with no useful point to make. For somebody who likes to go around calling people 'prick' you certainly know how to lead by example.
  7. Quite easily, the most ridiculous false equivalence post you've managed to conjure up.
  8. No, not at all. He seems to be referencing moon. Again. Quite literally the least offensive post I've seen on this forum but he seems determined to ride this horse for a while yet.
  9. Yeah it seemed odd at the announcement. Now an actual doctor is confused I think it's safe to assume this timescale is unlikely. Annoying timing.
  10. Whereas I'm wondering if Spud will ever stop whimpering like a child because of some benign post moon made.
  11. Cora should just pack his bags now. Moon got this.
  12. Amusingly enough, that's the exact thing I was thinking reading A700's post.
  13. It's all very good shouting out about how we didn't/don't need depth now we've started so well and the injuries have been minor, but starting the season we had 3 starting pitchers out injured, one of our top starters with question marks over his elbow and we had no idea how Johnson and Velazquez would do. And quite literally nothing under that worth talking about. Lets not kid ourselves, it's a long season and you can never have enough pitcher. I'm not sure why you think getting excited about the argument is good idea right now.
  14. Plenty of people appear happy to put the blame of a loss on him, but not credit him for the wins. Some people just aren't happy unless they're bitching/trying to prove themselves right.
  15. You just spend all day making things up in your head to be angry about don't you?
  16. I don't know how you survive winter with skin this thin.
  17. He offered an opinion as to why he felt different to you (in the conversation you were having no less) and you had - and continue to have - a meltdown. I don't have any over riding feelings on either of you other than wondering why you've decided to make a fool of yourself today/turn it so personal.
  18. What a ridiculous over-reaction to a completely inoffensive post.
  19. There will be mistakes and things we don't take into account when it comes to decision making, and it's mental that people are going this crazy over decisions already, however, he did make some errors out there. I don't blame him for taking Sale off. Perfectly fine decision. His issue was with Kelly and then Smith. He can't help that those two s*** the bed, and they should have been more then capable of shutting them down, but it was pretty clear early they weren't and Kimbrel should have at least been warming up. Come in, get us out of the 8th and then we can get somebody else in for the 9th. JBJ didn't look like he was near getting a hit yesterday so I would have also pitch hit for him in the 9th to try and keep the inning going. It's the way we lost which hurts. It's a long season and there's nothing to worry about yet, but it kind if feels like every game is going to count in the race with the Yanks, this year.
  20. Yeah, like Kimmi said - good post. A whole lot of people are making way too big a deal out of it, mostly using a whole lot of hindsight to do so. The deal was absolutely fine at the time and is still fine now.
  21. Swihart is not getting DFA'd.
  22. Yep! It's going to be a very bumpy season defensively for him (and us) this year.
  23. That's amazing.
  24. No problems. I agree with you both that a little extra pitching depth could go a long way. I only see there being minor league contracts happening with our budget restraints, though.
  25. Nobody is doing that. But many people were calling him out for inaction (and worse) before the JD signing. Some discussions were valid but there was a lot of nonsense being posted without any evidence. Simply go back a couple of weeks on the board and you'll see it. You're a thoughtful poster and so there is no need to ask not to be lumped in as one because of any criticism you may have of DD. You wouldn't be.
