Right now I would say its the Astros.
-
Torticollis.Look it up.
-
The Orioles should release Villar too it seems
-
Joe Kelly should be released immediately.
-
This lead is not Kelly-proof
-
That is because all three of those guys have sucked for a long time. None of them should be playing baseball this fall. I would have Workman AND Poyner but not Johnson or Velasquez.
-
Mental mistake by Swihart...that throw should have gone to second base.
-
Hembree was in the game because Cora wanted to give the competent pitchers the day off.
-
No way I want Hembree on my post season roster....nor Kelly.
-
He said it was all a misunderstanding.
-
Well that sure takes all the drama out of it.
-
I would bring Wright back out there for the 8th.
-
Not for nothing, but Devers just tossed that throw into the dirt. Nice pic by Swihart saved him from another E
-
There should be. Wright can implode quickly. I would get Brasier up.
-
Thank you very much Hicks.
-
Bogaerts is due...overdue.
-
I think we will do that....make it out of the ALDS. We should be favored in that round. It won't be a cakewalk, and if our opponent is on a roll, we will lose. Whoever gets hot in the playoffs wins.
-
Did you read my post? I said there is maybe a 20% chance at a ring. I didn't even mention the ALDS. We probably have a slightly better than 50% chance to make it to the ALCS. We are playing some really good teams, not the Orioles. We will not dominate any of them. If you expect that we will you will be very disappointed.

The playoffs are a crapshoot with the Sox having no more than a 20% chance at a ring. I would not crucify them for "gagging" in the playoffs when they have far less than a 50% chance to win it all. Its been a fun season...with some frustrating moments like this series. I have enjoyed it thoroughly.

Just their guys.
-
This bullpen totally sucks. Its the reason we will not win a ring this year.
-
Wonderful. Knew it was coming. Just a matter of time.
-
Hembree coming on to "save the day".....time for everyone to close their eyes.
-
Horrible effort by Rodriguez....SEVEN WALKS. He pitched scared all night.
-
Its time to take him out of the game.....I hope Cora doesn't wait one batter too long here.
