    Bloom is doing a fine job at lining Henry's pockets. These things take time. As of now the Sox are 5th in payroll commitments, but next year they will be 12th. Assuming Bloom follows Henry's order to reduce payroll we will likely remain at a lower payroll rate year to year for a while. After all, Henry is practically starving.
