    Sounds good, but I don't want to see Trot go, and I doubt Giles would put up those numbers. But, yes, I am very excited about this year. I finally got enough money to get MLB Extra Innings next year, so I'll be able to watch them every day.

    I don't want Matsui here. I REALLY hate him, though he is good. I don't see him leaving NY, though, so it deosn't really matter. But, I don't want to see Manny leave, but if he does, I'd rather have a speedy LF and/or CF and get a power 1B.

    Even if he wins MVP this year, people are going to look back and see how much he choked in the playoffs.

    I agree, but to those criticisers' credit, he probabl went out the next half inning and made a few errors.

    I doubt the Big Unit gets 20 wins next year. I see him getting between 10 and 15 realistically. I think he's getting too old; he is vulnerable to injury, and if he does get injured, I see it being some sort of back injury.

    I agree. If he sucks again this year, keeping in mind his playoff heroics in 2004, most Sox fans would probably like to see him used a lot less.

    I think that you're just thinking too negatively. Saying that we won't get anyone to help our starting pitching is rediculous. We pretty much have to, but if we don't (Which I think there is about a .001% chance we wouldn't) get anybody, then you're right. Offensively, the same thing. We are going to have to get someone that is a good offensive player.

    I'd love to sign Giles, but maybe to a 3 year deal. If we have prospects ready earlier, then we can just have them or even Giles as a bench player.

    Well, back to Schill, I just hope he can get back to form next year, and if he doesn, he's welcome to stay for as long as he wants.
