    B-R has redone their WAR system and Pedro's 2000 is now a 13.1 WAR season, good for 31st all-time.. Zack Greinke's 2001 is the highest for any active player, 11.4 I think I'm about done using them for WAR, it seems off now. http://www.baseball-reference.com/leaders/WAR_season.shtml

    Unbelievable.. If he planned on retiring at the end of the year, does he postpone it and come back for 2013? I'm watch his interview and he's in tears. Even tho he is a Yankee, he's one of my favorite players, and I'll miss him

    He's a good pitcher, I just don't think he's a good fit in the AL East. He could pull an Ian Kennedy and flourish in the NL West tho.
