    When I was in my 20s I used to think that too. But now that I am in my 70s,I am not so sure.

    You are still a kid yourself. We have 15 grandchildren. Our youngest are 5 year old twins. Our oldest is 25.

    I have no problem with the Price move. It is the Betts Verdugo aspect of the trade that bothers me. Let's not kid ourselves it was the Betts Verdugo aspects of the deal that were the key pieces for both teams. If Verdugo ends up spending too much time injured then Bloom will look like a blooming fool.

    Other than the salary dump, it is premature to say whether Bloom did well or not. Remember Verdugo is coming off an jury. It remains to be seen if he plays an entire season injury free or how well he does when he does play.
