    Wow that read was minute by minute play of what happend last night. I think that hurt more reading it then actually seeing it and just to think, everytime I see that stupid wall at Trop. Field, I will always think of what I just read. Yeah that really stings!

    Thats classic I wanna copy that and pin it up in my office. I think I will stay pissed until next Spring Training. This one is going to be hard to swallow.

    I guess it would be easier if Tito didnt seem like a nice guy in general. If they do let him go I will miss him though. He seemed like one of the better managers we had in recent memory.

    You know what the front office should do, is fire the whole training/health staff and then go get folks from Mass General to do all that stuff. Its just a suggestion since we are all out of answeres right now.

    Theo said in the press conference just a few minutes ago that there is no need to overhaul the whole team. They will look at specific situations (players I guess he means) and go from there. But I think the front office is going to look over the coaching staff as first issue of business.

    I have been to Fenway (of course), Shea and the old Yankee Stadium. Also have been to Wrigley Field. For those that have been to both the old and new Yankee Stadiums, which one did you like better?

    Whats the rule for the tie-breaker game being in Tampa Bay on Thursday if it comes to that. How is it decided where the game is?

    Well, in regards to this question, thats tough. We (Sox fans) are in a rough position here. I have always hated the Yankees ever since I was a youngin. However, it would be nice to see the Rays loose these next two games so we dont have to go down to Tampa Bay on Thursday and play them for the final playoff spot of the American League. So um I guess (just for the next two games) I will hope that the Rays loose to the Evil Empire. (sigh) Just cant win, damn it!!!!

    Yeah I dont think anyone at this point would want to sign him. Good hitter and all but his attitude bits the big one and no manager is willing to go through that trouble again. But then again the way our team is heading right now I would take the attitude just for the extra hits he would bring in. But thats just me.

    I actually like Wakefield alot. I know that he is older and is very inconsistent. I figure his role now is more of a motivation for younger players? Im not sure why they have kept him this long but maybe he will retire after this year. His arm can't throw forever no matter how good or bad he is now.

    cusoxfan91 I agree with you on that. Its kinda too bad cause I sort of liked Lacky. I am sort of suprised that they are putting him in. Maybe they just dont have anyone else that they could start? Just throwing the question out there. However no matter what happens I think Theo's position will be questioned alot. I hope they keep Francona though. I will save that for another thread though.

    Hey there guys. Like everyone else just wanted to say hi and also say that even though our team is not doing so great now, its still great to finally find (and be part of) a great Sox Forum. My brother got me into being a Sox fan when I was about 5 and have followed them ever since. Im not 40 and teaching my daughter all about our team. She always asks whenever the Sox are on if we are playing the Yankees no matter what team they play. Pretty cute I always think. Anyway just proud to be a fan like the rest of you. Go Sox!
