  1. Like I said...listen to Pedro sometime or find an old Pedro Youtube about what has happened to pitching inside in MLB
  2. That was still riding inside when it hit him. If it missed his wrist it would have hit him right in the side
  3. I know it wasn't intentional. He is supposed to be a ML pitcher. That pitch missed location by 5-6" inside. Where is he going with that? You expect that from a AA pitcher...not a MLer. Listen to Pedro talking about what has happened to pitching inside in the ML's and you will see what I am talking about.
  4. this is the biggest downside to pitchers not hitting in the AL. When you throw a AA pitch like that, you should have to come up and take your medicine. Never liked Grey....
  5. Great....terrific. Why can't these d*ckheads pitch inside in MLB anymore?
  6. Very nice job by Beni there
  7. For God sake how can you miss that ump. Who is this bozo...anybody know
  8. Come on Rick...have a good 1st inning.
  9. The rule is a disaster and should be changed back to original. It protects nobody. In fact it is more dangerous. We have fielders feeling comfortable around the bag and not even moving to protect themselves in many cases. A play comes that forces them to protect themselves and they have forgotten how to do it. Worse, we are going to start to see fielders that never learned how. Just stop this madness. It protects nobody.
  10. Geez Vaz has missed about everything tonight. Missed Austin too.
  11. Tanaka-san....not swinging at low pitch anymore Tanaka-san
  12. Well he did break out tonight. Thank God!
  13. See now that is another of my problems with the rules around the bags. How are you supposed to attempt to throw the ball to first while trying to pull your pant leg out of the runner's spikes? Just drop the whole stupid rule and go back to what we had.
  14. Hate seeing grinning Yankees at Fenway. There is just something wrong with that picture.
  15. How many K's do our pitchers have tonight.....1 or maybe 2 in 3 2/3 innings.
  16. Geez get devers a basket for God sake
  17. Actually I hate that garbage rule around the bases. They have taken an exciting baseball play and turned it into watching paint dry or a rule infraction that they don't want to enforce unless the fielder gets cut in half. JUST STOP already. Go back to the old rule. Worse, you could cut the fielder in half on a legal play.
  18. If they are not going to call that, don't call any of them which is what I have wanted all along. Go back to the old rules and stop dicking around. Haa''''Justice
  19. Of course not....Its the Yankees. That is a lousy call, chump bronx call. Game on....f you yankees
  20. If Austin had not stuck his spikes out AND gone past the bag I would not call that. But he did both. DP!!!
  21. He's past the bag...thats a DP. If they don't call it they are chumps
  22. What the heck guys lets not get complicated here. Hit the ball, throw the ball, catch the ball. We don't need no stinking complicated pick off moves at second with nobody out and down 3.
  23. Tanaka is a little up in the zone for him. But if he gets you to 2 strikes he is still able to drop the hammer on you. That alien thing is working for him tonight.
  24. Well it was not grey for one thing. Apparently its a carry over from college where players get into this stare down thing. I don't get it. They are not in college now. Grow up boys.
  25. Come on Bobby..don't do this
