    I would agree... but would also say that being better than Turner on defense, at this point in his career, is a pretty low bar.

    Seems to be quite a few books in that genre. Just wish there was a middle ground... hard to be a good team without stud pitchers.... can't pay stud pitchers without these huge risky contracts. Guess TB alwasy finds that middle ground somehow with pitching.

    The fact we are even trying to use Klubber at this point for anything tells you how dire the pitching depth is. This is ugly.

    Sure, but they've played more than 17 games... and his OPS is like 4th best or something on the team.

    Boy Duran has just been solid.

    Wish the catcher was a better hitter... don't disagree with benching Dugo.... but all in all- we just have no pitching, no first-baseman, and very questionable 2nd and SS. Really poor team- keep trying to get my hopes up.... We will see- of course it is baseball and anything can happen.

    BASEBALL IS AWESOME! First inning- I would have bet the farm we get embarrassed and lose the game... Then we end up winning it. I wish we were a contending team.... but if we can stay a 500 team- still very very fun to watch. Great game.
