  1. Verdugo continues to have a year like this... I can't wait to see where he plays next year.
  2. Lots of breaks went our way.... but I'll take it... glad to have the W on a night Sale pitched decent. I think that will really help his composure his next start.
  3. And that is why baseball is fun.
  4. Unbelievable.... really... wow.
  5. Nope I was wrong... we still doing it.
  6. Minnesota is out Soxing the Sox here!!!! Wow!!!
  7. Kiki crosses home twice tonight... good for him. As bad as he has been this year... he's still a ball player, still showing me he will turn things around. Too many others I don't think are ball players on this team.
  8. Other team's catchers have put way more Red Sox on base this year than Red Sox bats have- it feels like.
  9. Sure... why not spot em' a run or two before bottom of the 10th.
  10. It's funny... because it's true!
  11. Jansen has been fun to watch- a bright spot so far.
  12. I do hear that... but the guys been in the league for 6 years... lifetime .288 avg.... He's gonna put together solid years.
  13. Best chance for a W right now!
  14. Agreed 1000% I've not followed anything he did in minors... but I've yet to see ANYTHING that makes him look like a serviceable bat at this level.
  15. Lol.... Turning this off. What a joke of a team
  16. This team should play at an empty Fenway when they go home. This ownership and system does not deserve one ticket sale. Boston supports it's Sox too strongly to deserve a double-a lineup.
  17. I'd like to be an optimist.....but just don't see it. Are there any optimists for this team?
  18. Someone tell me what I'm not understanding about Casas? I admittedly have the lowest baseball IQ on this board- but I've never felt he looked like a big-leaguer.
  19. A healthy Duval, a healthy Story... would change things.... but that is too far off I'm afraid.
  20. You are spot on- Rays have great pitching. Any team should struggle against it. It's just so hard to accept that a historic, big money, major market team like the Sox have put together a team that can't challenge it at all. Gonna' be a long year- hopefully I'm wrong. But I just can't get it- it's like Bloom was ordered to put together a failing team.
