    Nothing like facing Phil Hughes to bust a team out of a 17 game losing streak. Of course it wasn't all Hughes fault, this one was a team effort with 4 different pitchers giving up multiple runs and Granderson letting another fly ball drop in. Hopefully the fact that Hughes "only" gave up 2 runs to the worst offense in baseball will give the Yankees enough hope to start him another 2 or 3 times despite the fact that he gave up 9 hits and walk.

    We should send Miller down to try him out as a reliever. No on will claim him.

    Felix vs. Hughes tomorrow. Hughes may be pitching his way out of the rotation if something doesn't change soon.

    Not Morales' best outing but he's been very good overall since we acquired him.

    A week ago he was hitting .242 with an .844 OPS. Going into play tonight he was hitting .243 with an .844 OPS. But that's just because of the shift.
