    If I have the misfortune of seeing another Lackey start at Fenway I'm going to bring a sign that says "LACKLUSTER" and hold it up during his entire bullpen session. If he says anything, I'll say "don't like it? Then pitch better." This guy needs a kick in the pants so he stops feeling sorry for himself.

    I was at Remy's when the team went there after a game last month to celebrate Bard's birthday. Lackey was throwing them back and he had a start the next day. If you don't believe me, ask the staff if you ever go.

    I feel bad for him because of the personal stuff he's going through. But when it comes to the stuff between the lines, I have no sympathy. He's in poor shape, he's drinking heavily before starts and I doubt he's putting much preparation or scouting into his starts.
