  1. Alright. Hurricanes vs Bruins in the East Finals. Understandably, Hartford is nostalgic right now. Most ex-Whalers fans are now with the Bruins, adding another layer of drama. This series means as much to Connecticut as it does to Boston and Raleigh.
  2. Agreed. Probably the first time in history, though, that a woman has benefited more from having sex than the man
  3. One more point on the Jenny Dell/Middlebrooks thing. Jenny Dell's career has really skyrocketed, while Will's quickly died. She got fired from NESN for her relations with him, but that only served as the launching pad. Pretty interesting stuff...
  4. Okay this is the second straight game where he haven't followed mojo protocol. Come on people, we're better than this.
  5. You've been saying this for years, and it's finally become a not so crazy idea. I think he's a lifer, however. He'll retire before we cut him or trade him
  6. I'm not arguing that the Yankees don't suck, I'm arguing that they can still have players that you can like and root for
  7. Wouldn't it be too boring to marry another CPA though?
  8. Nope. Not even if they're a Yankee. Re-read my point about Judge. I love Judge, always loved Jeter. Both do/did everything the right way
  9. While I'm at it, maybe I'll send some cartoon porn as well.
  10. Yep. I couldn't agree more. Bellhorn made a good point too. I loved David Ross so much in 2013 when he was here, and was pulling for him with the Cubs in 2016. Jon Lester remains one of my favorite MLB players to this day, and I enjoyed seeing Travis Shaw have a great year last year. Right after we dumped Middlebrooks, I followed him closely for awhile as well. This isn't a situation with a former Red Sox player, but my favorite MLB player ever (or at least currently playing) is George Springer, with Aaron Judge right up there as well. Nobody made it a rule that you have to hate everybody that's not on your team
  11. I pretty much agree with this, but as of right now, I would dump Pedey. It's really sad what he's been through, but I'm not willing to pay him to sit on the DL, a la Jacoby Ellsbury. Something could change. He could come back this season and become half the player he once was, and still be worth keeping. Of those on the bubble, I'm not sure at the moment who I would keep or let go, as it is way to early in the season
  12. Too bad you didn't name him Big Dick Rick in honor of the man on the hill when he was born. Hope all is well! I CANNOT wait to be in your shoes
  13. Great series overall. Way to show that the walk off on Thursday was a fluke
  14. My sick mojo and finals week mojo has worked like a charm these last two nights
  15. Totally agree on Pedey, but keep him around the clubhouse for obvious reasons. Think how good Chavis could be with the constant hitting lessons from JD, and the constant defensive lessons from Pedey. Hell, you can throw Bogaerts in there too.
  16. Agreed. But, if I had to pick one, I'd pick Benintendi. Most girls I know that like the Red Sox are absolutely in love with him, and I feel like he's the guy on the team most like me.
  17. Congrats! I expect 0 losses from the Red Sox during Ayden's first month of life
  18. Well last night was encouraging. Win. Dance. Repeat. x3
  19. Watch Voit get hurt now
  20. He's giving Stat Masterson a run for his money
  21. Glad to see a game like that last night. I missed most of it, due to the sheer fact that it's finals week and my sinuses decided to act up.
  22. You lucky duck. The last two weeks, I've probably seen the sun three times. Perpetually cold, raw, and damp
  23. Does it work the other way too? At times, it feels like there are more girls than guys in the accounting program here. I'm not sure the exact figures, but it's gotta be close to 50-50.
  24. Win. Dance. Repeat. And then tell the same thing to the Celtics
