I guess it did. Sorry SS. I was waiting for you to start the thread but I had to leave to get there in time. Horrible traffic and parking situation. Got in there 10 minutes before the first pitch.
Woo Hoo. About to leave to go down to the game. I hope the Bosox left some runs in the tank for today. Nicest day we have had here in the last two weeks.
Gotta run. Will let someone else post the line-ups.

Now that they have their rings and all the WS hoopla is over, are we past the time of blaming the woes on a WS hangover? Does it now just come down to "they stink?"
Speaking of WS hangovers. I think the team that wins the WS should start the season at home. That way, they get the ring ceremony out of the way before the first game and they can concentrate on the current season.
Agree. However, I think that our pitchers (especially the starters) should have thrown more innings in spring training. I know it is a possible trade-off when you get to September/October but you first have to get to those months in good shape.
I hear you. But while you can't win your division in April, you can lose it. If you would win a few of those April games that "we should have won," it might make the last series of the regular season less nerve wracking.
