    I'd give Bloom one more year but that's it. Not sure about Cora though.

    It's fair to say that he believes and most importantly, he understands the TB culture which has been successful. That's why he was brought to Boston. No rocket science here. He was brought to replicate what Friedman is doing in LA based on TB's management and operations but with steroids —money. As I said in other post, he inherited a clogged team but time is ticking and this is a big market team. Next year will be decisive for him. Regarding Cashman, it's beyond me why he is still the GM of the NYY. He should have been gone long time ago but I won't complain because you won't win anything under his management. Sure you still can win 90+ games in a regular basis but the way I see it, you haven't been built nor are built to win it all yet. A franchise like the NYY shouldn't bear all this drought throughout all these years.

    Still, Bloom bet on going with an injury prone & fragile staff —Withlock, Sale, Paxton, Wacha and Hill. Pivetta is nothing but a 4th starter. Seabold sucks. Bello is not ready. Houck is inconsistent as hell. The pen is full of bums. You just can't dumpster diving all the way as Bloom tried to do this year with a big market team. Sure he inherited a clogged team in the books but still had several questionable moves. I still believe in Bloom but he is going to be on a very thin ice next year —if he keeps the job. Next year won't be excuses and it already looks like an uphill battle which hasn't even started.

    Winky might be a decent, nothing spectacular BP arm, but that's it.

    It's like an already written script when these bums enter to the mound. I remember when Bloom brought him and Robles. I was very critical at the time. Robles is already gone. Would be surprised if Davis made the team next year.

    Well I guess that was an easy one. Davis sucks, but again, aside 3-4 arms in the pen, who doesn't?

    It's fair to say that Wink was a better bet than Davis and that has to say something to Bloom.

    JD has become what I predicted if not worse. A mediocre hitter. Thanks for everything but he has to go. His bat has slowed down quickly.

    I have had the opportunity to be in Fenway Park several times. The experience IMO goes beyond baseball these days. Most people don’t even watch the game. The food is crap and very expensive. The booze is way expensive. The souvenirs are ridiculous expensive. IMO people will keep going to the park if the “experience” (singing Sweet Caroline” and so) keeps like this while filling JH’s pockets.
