  1. Why didn’t Cora do something?
  2. Another DFA candidate.
  3. Hernandez is a f***ing bum
  4. His life is already resolved, that's for sure.
  5. Exactly. Eye to eye here.
  6. I always enjoy reading your assessments jung, regardless I agree or not. Thank you. Heck of a poster here.
  7. Fair enough, but Plawecki is definitely a blank check lol! I think the announcers said the other day he only had 2 put outs in a couple of dozens of tries —or so. He definitely has a chicken arm lol.
  8. Thank you brother
  9. The thing was putting Renfroe in the equation. Looking backwards the trade looks way more awful now, considering how both players have performed thus far.
  10. I'm reading it. Yeah, it is lol.
  11. The only bright side of this (if any) is that we found encouraging arms in Josh Winckowski, Kutter Crawford and John Schreiber moving forward and finally DFAed JBJ and Robles. Jake Diekman is gone as well who was a bust for us. Also, now we know we can count on Rob Refsnyder moving forward. Also, Davis, Brasier and Ort have to go. I mean, this has been bittersweet season but should help to shape the future.
  12. Bloom for whatever reason thought JBJ and Barnes were good moves. Barnes at least showed something he had never shown in 3 months but JBJ? That trade made no sense at all. Bloom is without a doubt on a very thin ice entering 2023 mostly since he will have flexibility in the books. If he fails agin, he will be very gone before the 2023 tradeline.
  13. The RS's books will be restored in 2023, won't they? If so Bloom will have flexibility and will not be excuses.
  14. If you as GM have money, will be dumb, you do not use it mostly if it is helping to win as LAD are winning. It's a no brainer.
  15. In the end it is all about and rings.
  16. yeah if he turns into another Cherington he will be gone.
  17. All in all, I think so.
  18. Definitely. 2023 is going to be key. I want to give him the benefit of the doubt.
  19. Barnes and JBJ didn't pan out well and Story is on a very thin line, but he has also made good trades and additions. The best must be Whitlock.
  20. Many years ago I wanted Friedman running this team but since it couldn't be done, Bloom was a fine and encouraging option in my book. Friedman has been executing very well in both worlds, spending wisely the money and developing and trading LAD farm all-in-all. Friedman has made LAD a serious contender team year after year since he arrived. I expect Bloom doing nothing but that otherwise would be a failure moving forward. Our budget is not far from LA's, so no excuses. Said that, I know the heat is at top right now mostly since some additions haven't panned out well, but we have to understand that he inherited a clogged team which should be with a lot of flexibility begging next year. From 2023 he has to start delivering results. It's going to be his 4th year. As I said, this team should take LAD model and Bloom is on paper the guy who has the acumen to do that. By now, it's a plain C.
  21. It's incredible how bad players are paid by whatever reasoning behind. JBJ is a millionaire who can be a billionaire outside the States lol!
  22. The major harm was letting go Renfroe who has good enough defense and a hell of an arm BUT who can hit.
  23. Bloom s*** the bed big in there, no excuses.
  24. If the genius idea was to shop those prospects via JBJ, it was very expensive unless Bloom is seeing something on them we do not. Who knows? Probably one of them ends up being the next Soto lol
  25. Thing with Vaz was his calling game and arm. He was not good. Also, he was a blank check when people tried to steal 2nd.
