  1. Hell, in two lines you rest my point
  2. I agree. I wouldn't be surprised if LAA ran as the #1 seeded in Vegas to win the AL just before the season starts.
  3. Yes, I see LAA with more chances than us to make the POs.
  4. I think you are missing the point. In paper those teams are above us. Nobody is guaranteeing that they will make the POs. Those are simply probabilities and how the experts see the panorama. In the end, the games must be played. If you think that we are above or at the same level that LAA, TEX or NY are right now, fine, but you are against almost all "experts" (idiots) are saying.
  5. Well UN?, as I said, Cherington's words are pretty clear to me. We are running with more QM than other teams in the paper. That was pretty much the point of the discussion we were having, wasn't it? On the other hand, and as I said, a lot of analysts and bookies put LAA above us in the running for the POs and the ring, reason why I believe LAA have less questions in that regard than us. Yes, Games must be played, only time will tell.
  6. Nothing more to say...
  7. If we fail again, This time will be very painful. This would have marked 4 years in a row of failures my friend. Whatever the scenario is, I'll be supporting this team but always pointing the good and the bad that I see. BTW Have a nice trip to DR.
  8. Pumpsie has been saying that next season will be rebuilding/bridge one in order to win in the mid/long future. Some have given him bad names for this. The first stage of his prophesy is almost done (stay under the cap). The second stage of this prophesy is failing this season, and the 3rd one is win in 2013. Hopefully, We can avoid the second stage of his prophesy. I really wish that E1 among others are right this time, mostly since I'm planning to travel to Boston in July.
  9. Assuming that NYY will likely finish 1st in our division, our chances would be reduced to compete for the wild card, so... yes, LAA and Tex improvements will affect us, regardless that we play several games against them which could mark the difference between the "Go" or "NO GO" to the POs.
  10. I will make everything in my power to go, I keep you guys informed. BTW... Emmz, you should join us!
  11. Really Fred? What in the hell are they waiting for, then?
  12. Now that DET lost VMart, the Guardians could finish winning that division.
  13. Yeahhhh! Count with that Mike! That would be awesome!
  14. Don't take me wrong, I want that our team makes the POs and makes a good paper once there, but IMO LAA, TEX and NY are above us right now (in paper). If Our top 3 stay relatively healthy/perform solid and Bard put decent numbers, I would say that our team is in the same tier, but that is unlikely. Only time will tell. I think that we agree to disagree on this .
  15. Guillermo Celis Ernesto Jerez Candy Maldonado Fernando Alvarez Etc. Do you really think that LAA is below us?
