  1. I know that nobody gives a s*** about this but I wonder what happened with Jenks? Hill is on DL, isn't he?
  2. Yup. Sometimes, some fans try to complicate it more than it really is.
  3. Well, it depends on what you want to analyze, but yes, I agree with you.
  4. Hate to say but it's likely FO screwed Bard's career with this experiment. Sure, by the time seemed the "correct" move given the circumstances (They didn't bring a SP, which pissed me off). As I've said here and there even before they "converted him into a SP", Bard's problem is in his head IMO, and that gentlemen is maybe harder to fix. We'll see how this ends up.
  5. Something wrong with Kalish? BTW My compadre's mojo is in effect today. This must be a win. WIN!
  6. I wouldn't trade Youk. You never know when you could use him. This team has a horrible karma about injuries.
  7. Damn!...We lost a great opportunity to climb in the division, anyway...let's go for the next 2! Let's go Sox!
  8. When you say this, I guess, it was the contract; anyway... Nobody can argue that he was not a very good player before his arrival. Again, fooled? nahhh... at the time, I bet every single baseball organization would have liked a player like CC in its roster... thing was the money and that responsibility my friend, goes directly to FO's belt.
  9. Let me understand this... were you against CC signing because the money or because the player's numbers?
  10. damn fool? nahhhh..... Carl Crawford was a very good player before his arrival. Thing is he has not shown goddamn thing here... the only one who charges the blame is Theo or whoever brought him (still years ahead, though). Not me. Not you, and certainly not A700. In the end we are only fans, buddy.
  11. well, you said "Aren't you the guy who was BEGGING management to sign Carl Crawford (over Jayson Werth), and made inflammatory posts to anyone who disagreed? ...." If CC shits the bed (already did) , Still A700 can complain and point to the player and the FO, even if he wanted him in that offseason...
  12. This is not about what you wanted or I wanted or A700 wanted. If CC or A-Gon or whoever player doesn't perform, this is FO's fault; Not me, not you, not any fan... and still as a fan I will point to the FO and the player if this player doesn't perform as expected. As simple as that. This is what it is. GMs are very well paid in order to do their job. They take credit or blame.
  13. Of course it hurts the team, but still pitching the problem... and unless we address that issue, this is a 3rd place ALE team at very best this season as I predicted. Everybody expects Ells and CC produce immediately... hopefully that happens, but it will take time maybe 1 or 2 months IMO, if so...
  14. Great win, keep rolling!
  15. I love to see the kid playing. Imagine Kalish, CC and Ells healthy and producing in the near future.....
