I'm not saying that Buehrle is an ace or something close. You just neeed two pitchers. An ace (hard to get at this point. at least a J. Johnson type IDK) and a durable and solid guy like Mark Buehrle. That's it.

They'll bounce back IMO; they have the tools. The talent is there. They won't be in a Ozzy atmosphere and in a party-tme city anymore. Toronto will be a very dangerous team.

C'mon man, Buehrle is a very nice pitcher. At this point if he were with us and as the rotation is right now he would be our #1 as simple as that.

Right now....Toronto is a legit contender team in order to i the division or at least run for a WC spot. Period. We? Right now? A 5 year in a row mediocre team if we go like this.

Yup. And they got Bonifacio too.... Probably one of the most underrated players in the MLB. Unless Ben makes something... we will finish in the last place... again!

I would like to know which of our prospects are better than Johnson (Ace type), Buerhle (solid/durable) and Reyes (all-star)...just saying.

Hopefully this does not take too long, otherwise the same old 2012 offseason movie is coming... unless they want to go on cheap mode next season which would be lamentable for a big market team like the red sox. -

According to fortune Red Sox and Mets were the only teams with red number in the bottom line in 2011. I wouldn't be surprised if he sales the team even this year.

Hi Fred, How are you doing? been a while my friend. When I see the market, I think Youk is the best shot for us in order to fill the 1st base. Now that V is gone, I think Youk could change his mind and come back to Boston. In the end the money is the only thing they see my friend and if the Sox put that, Youk is back next season.

... and for God's sake, do not let him play 3rd, we do not want an injured Youk anymore.
