Hopefully we can get the best versions as possible of them in PO despite their current performance and healthy conditions.
It could sound more like a good wish than reality but it's what we have.
If we can't get back JBJ, Nuñez, Pedroia, Hanley and Moreland to their standard numbers and healthy, we are done in POs. You just can't go with Young, Marrero, Holt, etc.
He has proven in minors that he can hit, hit with power and has great discipline at plate for a 1B. He has appeared only in 31 games in Red Sox uniform this year. It's a very short sample and still his line is 282/346/366.
Said that I'd rather consistency (Travis) than streak (Moreland), but that's me.
