  1. I would go like this… 1 LF Duran 2 DH Devers 3 SS Mayer 4 RH Anthony 5 C Narvaez 6 1B. Campbell 7 2B Grissom 8 3B Soagard 9 CF Rafaela When Bregman comes back obviously takes 3B … and I would keep Rommy, Hamilton, Ref and Soagard as utility and Connor as backup C.
  2. It’s a shame man. I thought this was going to be finally his breakthrough season in Sox uniform.
  3. Hopefully when this offense awakes if so, the pitching staff still in good shape, especially the BP. Cora is literally raping it!
  4. Sure, Hamilton and Toro are the least of our problems but you have to make some room for better players. Regarding Story, just bench him. He’s hurting this team.
  5. JH should at very least demand for explanations on why he’s still down there while some bums here are s***ing the bed in a daily basis starting with Story.
  6. We need Grissom and Anthony ASAP. Story and Hamilton have to go down. They need to make a bold move.
  7. This is going to be another very tough loss if so…
  8. Chapman and actually the entire BP has been overused and it’s starting to taxing us but the real problem has been this anemic offense. Not sure what in the hell are they waiting for to call up Anthony. It’s beyond me.
  9. We are probably going to score 10 runs tomo but the next three games only 4 runs combined and so on. That’s your 2025 Red Sox baseball signature.
  10. Since we are not going anywhere this year, time to limit Crochet at 80 pitches or fewer per start. Try to get something from Story, Houck, Whitlock, Hamilton and even Bregman when healthy and keep rebuilding for 2027.
  11. 12 LOB, 2 Runs. This team could go from mediocre to terrible very quick, especially if Devers cool off a bit. Said that, No matter what keep playing with the youngsters. Call up Anthony and Grissom already. Send down Hamilton and Toro both are not part of plan for the future at least not in my book. Prepare for 2027. 2026 is going to be another bridge year. We are not going anywhere this year and the next anyways.
  12. Explain me like 10 yo. Cora the other day pull off Crochet when we were wining at 85 pitches and we ended up losing and today he leaves him there when we are losing at 92 pitches thus far? Why? if I were JH I would demand explanations of these moves to see the logic behind.
  13. 6 LOB already and BABIP is starting to be ridiculous. As I said in the other thread we just can’t deliver in daily basis for some reason. It’s really frustrating and annoying.
  14. The way I see it, we have 2 problems. Big ones. Consistency and execution in clutch moments especially by our offense. Regarding consistency, this team plays like world champions one day and like Colorado the next. Look at this series for a proof. It has been the same through the season. Regarding execution, we have left on base a lot of runners that could be the difference in key moments; the latter ended up taxing the outcomes in a lot of games. There’s no surprise we have lost a lot close games. Again, look at yesterday’s game which have been pretty much the story of several games through the season. In short, poor execution in key moments in daily basis is translating in poor consistency thus far.
  15. This is when you have to take stats with a grain of salt. Some hits and runs came from a position player pitching and when the O’s felt they had nothing to fight for.
  16. Errors tax the offense as well mentally though. It’s not the same approach when you are a couple of runs behind vs 5 or more.
  17. This new Cora’s 85 pitch threshold is simply ridiculous especially when you have legit chances to win some games.
