    my faith was pounded out of me hit by hit last night not really, but if they're going to play that bad i have to laugh at it

    and because lewis wasn't able to advance, we get out of it with a double play. i guess the baseball gods have more cruel plans for us tonight, perhaps a 13th inning loss?

    i was just thinking that i wish tito would take out a starter after 3 innings if they had already allowed 8 baserunners and 4 runs and then lead off the 4th with a single to the #9 hitter. but he would wait until they've given up 7+ runs

    watching the games at night is basically my one time to relax after taking care of a sick loved one all day, but this is hardly relaxing. i don't feel like subjecting myself to this torture tonight

    i don't know if they're really pressing with runners on or if they've phoned in the season, but we haven't done s*** lately with all the baserunners we've had
