Buchholz kicked ass out there and you can tell his confidence in his stuff is increasing. Now when someone gets a hit off him or a fielder makes a bad error, he doesn't get shaken, he just gets down to business. He's bound to have another bad start, all pitchers do, but it'll be interesting to see how he follows up that bad start.
8 innings out a starter was the best gift Buchholz could have given the Sox. I held my breath every pitch of the 9th with Ramirez but he pulled it out.
