    Since 2006 he's been pretty close to that average .375/.850 clip. This year overall he's been terrible, but he's shown signs of life, I don't think he's going to keep playing like this, I don't think anyone else thinks he will either really.

    There's no way he was ever going to live up to that contract, they overpaid him just like they overpaid Lackey, but I don't care a whole lot as long as he contributes numbers like he had with the Rays during his best years.

    @SFF Not really, what other rules are there for game threads? You just explain the one rule, and someone understands. If no one's reading it, and they probably won't, then there's not really a point when it takes less time to explain the single rule than to go to the rules thread, and either copypaste the URL or the rule. The only reason it would be a good idea is so you could say that there's no excuse for not knowing the rule or whatever, but that hardly makes sense because it doesn't really seem like something worth punishing, it's more like a mistake.

    His walk pct. has been above league averages for almost every year of his career, if walks is your way of substantiating that he has control issues.

    LOL I love how it's effortlessly, to make it seem like he's not even really playing 100% because he's so good. Okay then, how about Cano just turns on the switch next year. This is some stuff out of a episode of DBZ, where the opponent suddenly reveals he's not in his most powerful form.     The only real difference between Canada and Nebraska is the size, population and accents. Otherwise they both have what I assume to be the same accumulative amount of corn, boringness, and no-one-really-gives-a-s***-about-us-ness. Jk to all you Canadians, or Nebraskans.
