  1. LOL. I think when you consider that his act is supposed to essentially be funny by being unfunny, he may very well already be at mental starvation. Otherwise, I could not think of a better/more appropriate way to get rid of Dane Cook than that. Unless you combined all of those. And let [insert good comedian here] do the honors with the stabbing.
  2. Hey come on, college kids with taste in horseshit beer like that stuff!
  3. Okay so the paperclip doesnt show up on my PM reply options. So you'll have to host the image and then paste the link in between the image tags. [/img]
  4. There should be an attachment button. It looks like a paperclip.
  5. And you should forward that to a moderator, if you can take a screenshot, do it. That's pretty hateful, and pathetic that someone's creativity is down so low that they resort to calling people "f***ing faggot".
  6. He's just probably trying to troll you. I've been more Jordan friendly than you, and I got no PM. You're just playing into what he wants you to do by posting it here.
  7. Lol, GGs? SS? Are you serious? You're trying too hard to "be reasonable", and in effect are not being reasonable yourself. By every metric, Pedroia is superior. Sabermetrics agree with me, basic stats for grandpas agree with me. You can say anything's up for debate. And I could probably shell out stat after stat without convincing someone, but Pedroia has been better, and it's not that close. Cano has been more valuable than Pedroia twice, and one of those was during his rookie season. Pedroia has been significantly more valuable since they've both been active, rookie year included.
  8. No it isn't, Pedroia is significantly better defensively, and their OPS+ are 3 pts apart, with Pedey struggling and Cano being above his career average. There's no argument to be made.
  9. Pedroia is also a better player in general than Cano, but that's not the point. Pedey's struggling.
  10. Lebron wasn't outplayed, the Spurs just shut his ass down, and I think the Mavs followed the formula to play tough physical d with him. MJ was never shut down. You could triple Mike and he'd still score 30. Lebron is not a perfect player because, unlike Mike, he doesn't have a sweet jumper, or moves to lose 2 defenders, then the power to dunk on the 3rd. He gets shut down sometimes, but I don't think the Thunder have the players to do that.
  11. He was getting older. Basketball is a sport where you enter the league and are in your prime by year two. He was 23 yrs old as a rookie in 59-60, and no his numbers didn't drop off dramatically. He got teammates is all that happened. Wilt beats Larry, Magic and Kareem.
  12. Yeah, that's not a very good argument at all. Wilt was also faster and stronger than everyone else. What's your point? If you think Kareem, Bird or Magic are ahead of Wilt, you're cracked. Dude was the only good player on his team for many years, and he averaged around 40/20 multiple times in his prime. Bird was a horseshit defender, Magic was a jack of all trades, master of passing and ball-handling, and Kareem was pretty much like Wilt, but less dominant.
  13. There's no game where you give up baserunners/hits as good as a perfect game.
  14. If you think about it objectively, Bryant's better than all of them. Good defender, fierce competitor, takeover scorer and winner. His skillset was similar, but not as perfect, as Jordan's. He's like a watered down MJ, which is still a top 3 all time player. He's definitely the best Laker ever.
  15. Unfortunately, if he struggles for a couple of weeks, he will get s*** on. Because people are reactionary like that.
  16. I vote all home runs into the Clevelander are called "steamers".
  17. Bryant is top 5. No discussion. I can't stand Kobe, but he's a legend, and was impossible to stop in the prime of his career. He's about as close to Jordan as it gets, but that's just not very close. It's a huge, huge drop from 1 to 2, and tgeres about 5-10 guys you could debate for #2, but Jordan is the absolutely unquestionable #1. We should feel priviledge to have seen the man play, because I've said this a bunch of times, MJ will never be topped. He was almost too good, to the point where you almost wonder how someone could be that dominant in the most competitive era as well. I'll stop now, but you get the idea, MJ is lightyears ahead of everyone.
  18. Jacko's just being sadistic.
  19. Even someone with 0 sports knowledge knows MJ is and always will be the king. All they had to do was live in the 90s.
  20. Is ellsburyforMVP suns by any chance?
  21. MJ is easily the best, you never needed to make a thread. Some delusional ballwashers will say it's close, or even that Kobe's better, but they're stupid.
  22. So Kevin Durant was at this game, posting on Talksox, and playing the Heat all at the same time? Winning! Happy birthday RSFFL.
  23. The thing is, OKC can hang with, and beat Miami when they're playing their best ball, unlike the Celtics. OKC is easily a more complete team than Miami as well.
  24. Lo Mo sucks ass, should be demoted for, you know, hitting .200.
