I don't think I ever said the Yankees will lose for sure. But travelling across the country to play a team that traditionally plays them very well is as good a chance for them to lose as any.

Jeeze Gom, I don't even know why the Red Sox should bother if it's inevitable you guys will have a lead come August. :lol: Good luck with your rotation full of 1.38+ WHIPs. There's no way they keep up their ERA's with their ugly peripherals, it's like a ticking time bomb. Just a matter of time... And as soon as the Yankees come back down to earth, we'll gain some games on them, just like we did after their hot streak in May.

I don't see the issue with saying he could get injured given that Jacko's said that it's an inevitability that Penny will get hurt all year.

You of all people shouldn't be talking about bullpens overperforming given that your bullpen has been performing about 2 runs better in ERA than their year averages. Your entire team has been overperforming. As soon as they fall back down to earth from their 13 of 15 record, they'll fall back into second place.

I'd start the thread now if no one had an issue with it lol. I want to get this game's taste out of my mouth ASAP and superstitiously I somehow feel like they lost because I wasn't able to so video of this game. If it's someone else's turn though, I'll happily bow down.
