He has been obsessed with you. Which I can understand! Lol. But to chastise a poster for a simple comment is nuts. Why do people come onto Talksox just to berate others? It's one thing to point out that someones idea may be more wrong than right. That happens to me a lot! But to s*** on a guy without justification is just wrong.

That is a the real question. I am of the opinion that MLB salaries are severely out of proportion and ridiculous. Imagine, the "avarage" MLB player makes $4.5 mil a year. I think that what he was paid for 2016 is way too much ( see my sig ). If there were a way to bring him back at a lesser amount I would do that. Say $7-$9 mil one year deal. But I know that won't happen and I expect him to be back at $13.5. -
Can't disagree here. I don't have a lot of conviction when it comes to my opinion. Maybe Pom Pom can get it done. Is anyone worried about his innings?

Maybe so. However since Farrell killed Wright , E-Rod has been inconsistent ( regardless of his counting numbers ) , and Pom Pom has looked really f***ing soft. As things stand, Buch is my 3rd starter in the playoffs. Of course do to the inconsistent nature of those two guys this could all change.

So. Driving home tonight I was listening to WEEI and Castigs call the game. They had Jason Groome in the booth. This kid wants to be call "J" or Jay since that is what everyone calls him. I learned that Jay has been throwing a curve since 14 but really started to use it in games over the past two years. He has also been throwing a knuckle ball since 14 but has used it only once in a high school game ( it was a ball ). The highlight of the interview was when Castig said "You have TWO brothers that are TWINS?" No you stupid f***. He has three brothers that are twins!!!

Well I just read an article by McAdam that says the Sox are pissed and very disappointed that MLB did not do more than the suspension. McAdam suggested that Pads pay the remainder of Poms 2016 deal or forfeit draft pick to the Sox.

I watched the entire game and gave up after the 8th with Betances due to come in. The 9th inning came as a complete surprise as I watched it unfold. I was certain that Hanley would K or role over.

Preller said that he did not purposely withhold information from the Sox. I am certainly no expert on how these transaction go down yet I have a really hard time believing this guy divulged all that he knew about Pom's medical status. Again, I don't know all the details but it seems funny that when the Sox presumably inquired about Poms health that Preller believe that he was being completely forthcoming with the complete report. Or maybe the Sox were not thorough in their due diligence. Either way, something smells.

This is exactly how I feel. The idea of moving Bogey down has some merit but should not be tied to moving JBJ up. That would be dumb and unjustified.
