    There are few things in the world that I hate more than the Mavericks. We need this game or else we're f*****.

    Pitching quality starts in 3 out of his 4 starts, with 6 shoutout innings against the currently 8th best run scoring offense, 6 2/3 2ER against the 7th best run scoring offense in the league, and having his 1 bad start against the #1 run scoring offense in the league.

    Damn, a 2-1 game followed by a 0-0 game thus far. It makes the 13-12 game that much more surprising. Even more surprising, is that Hall and McDonald have 2 of the 3 hits.

    Why does the one Yankee that's on my fantasy team get hit by a pitch and leave the game? I mean the one Yankee that I don't want to get hurt, gets hurt.

    Also it looks like everyone that is also on Talksox has made at least 1 trade while everyone in the league that is not on Talksox has yet to make a single trade.

    I like it and resent it at the same time.

    There are 2 teams that were close to the bottom 10 in runs scored (prior to the 13-12 game), facing Josh Beckett and Dana Eveland, one of which is a really good pitcher and the other had been pitching well on the season. You'd imagine that good pitching and sub par offenses mixed with good defenses would end up in a low scoring game. Go figure.

    This was more along the lines of what I was thinking of for a Red Sox/Blue Jays series, a 2-1 win rather than a 13-12 one.
