Thank you, Yahoo scoring was messing me up. It kept saying that Adrian Beltre had a single right after Ortiz had a triple and did not have an RBI. I figured that Ortiz stayed on first even though Beltre singled to center.
This is what I get for following most of the games online.
I love interleague play. I love watching Dice-K at the plate and I love that the AL usually b****-slaps the NL annually. It's something rare that you can only see briefly and unless you're a WS team, it'll be the only real time you'll see it. I'd get rid of the All Star game before I get rid of Interleague play.
I think that between the Bruins and the Red Sox, Boston has become the symbol of giving wins back. I guess that the Celtics aren't safe with a 2-0 lead over the Magic.
I'd agree with you if the Yankees weren't well ahead of the Red Sox in the standings. The Sox need the win more than the Yankees do, so even as a biased Sox fan, I'd say that the Sox loss was moderately worse than the Yankees loss.
It doesn't mean anything. It was just too easy to quickly make a cultural reference by bringing up one's nationality. I'm sure anyone can be portrayed as evil when you sum them up in a few quick stereotypes. You're reading too far into it.
