It was the indecisiveness, the inability to work with other teams/agents and the s***** record 3 out of 4 years. The indecisiveness led to the two other issues.

Bloom did a much better job with the farm and drafting than Ben did. Ben's success really came off of Theo's drafts.

Bloom failed 3 out of 4 years. Henry failed 4 out of 5. More than enough blame to go around.

They also mentioned Yorke as he changed his swing last offseason and then reverted back to an older swing during the season. He needs to find a swing and stick with it. Very weird for a guy with the great "bat to ball skills" that we were told about. His defense is good enough to be passable at 2B, but his bat is further behind than most of us expected.

This is a discussion of Craig Breslow, Chaim Bloom and people with high IQ's, not the general rabble. A post was made about Breslow being known as the smartest player in MLB. Bloom was known for not having the greatest communications skills in the world. There could be concerns that Breslow also can't work well with others since he is a remote employee at the moment. I'm sure an opinionated and outspoken person like you would rather yell about the cashiers at Buc-ee's, but I think we should keep the conversation on track.

A lot of brilliant people have zero people skills. Being able to work with others is important for the vast majority of jobs.

Their bullpen is a little shaky, but their starters were 14th overall in fWAR largely due to Gallen and Kelly. If those two can't get it done, it's over for the DBags.
